Return of products purchased from the online platform of Rilus.bg
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. For your convenience, you can use this form to return products purchased from the RILIS.BG online store. The use of this form is not obligatory in any case, and you can exercise your right of withdrawal/return in any other legally permissible way, including by means of a standard form or a form in a form freely chosen by you, expressing clearly and unambiguously your will to withdraw from the order.
In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is necessary and sufficient for you to send us your communication concerning the exercise of this right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period. If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the cost of delivery if we are at fault for your cancellation, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to cancel this order and return the goods you have received to us.

Alternative Dispute Resolution
The commercial guarantee does not affect the rights of consumers arising from the guarantee under Articles 112-115 of the Consumer Protection Act. Notwithstanding the commercial guarantee, the seller is liable for the lack of conformity of the consumer goods with the contract of sale under the guarantee of Article 112-115 of the Consumer Protection Act.
Alternative dispute resolution body within the meaning of Article 181n(4) of the Consumer Protection Act are the Conciliation Commissions of the Consumer Protection Commission. If you have a dispute related to an online sale, you can also use the ODR website.
What is said in this section applies to persons having the status of consumers within the meaning of §13, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Additional Provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
